Madhu holds an M. Plan in Housing from MANIT, Bhopal (2020-2022) with an architecture background. In her post-graduation program, she did a thesis on developing a ‘Housing model for rapid urbanization in metropolitan city’, analyzing the growth pattern, cause and impacts of urbanization in Chennai focusing predominantly on housing. Her quest in housing paved way to work with IHF and she is keen on identifying and understanding the ground reality of housing sector and its challenges.
As UnATHI fellow she is working along with TNUHDB, supporting the implementation of the ‘Our tenements, Our responsibility’ scheme for social housing projects in Tamil Nadu.
