Indian Housing Federation (IHF) is a not-for-profit organisation with a vision of enabling access to housing for low-income communities

 

Incorporated in 2015, IHF possesses a robust grassroots experience and understanding of the complex and diverse space of low-income housing in India. As a part of its mandate, IHF has provided strategic and implementation support to the state governments of Assam, Haryana, Odisha and Tamil Nadu towards achieving the objective of “Housing for All”

 

 

APPLIED RESEARCH

The Applied Research division at IHF is actively identifying information gaps and facilitating research partnerships to generate a knowledge hub around low-income housing in India, and disseminate targeted action-oriented solutions to practitioners that can help address the affordable housing problem

STAKEHOLDERS NETWORKS

The Networks division at IHF is building partnerships and facilitating understanding among diverse stakeholders, including governments, developers, financiers, planners, designers, manufacturers and citizen sector organisations, to create an ecosystem that collaborates to deliver dignified low-income housing solutions at scale

FIELD ENGAGEMENTS

The Engagements division at IHF is providing implementation support and capacity building services to state governments and other organisations in the low-income housing space, to help achieve the Housing for All agenda
