TNSCB with the support of IHF organised a roundtables on the role of housing finance in Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban (PMAY-U) for the verticals of — Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme (CLSS), Beneficiary Led Construction/Enhancement (BLC) and Affordable Housing in Partnership (AHP). The discussions assessed the steps to be taken to improve the coverage of housing loans under these three verticals.
