Mr. Vishnu Swaminathan (Director, Indian Housing Federation) moderated a panel discussion on ‘The Role of Markets in Delivering Affordable and Adequate Housing’. The event was organised as part of the sixth edition of Annual Research on Cities Summit (ARCS 6.0) held in February 2022, which was based on an overarching theme of ‘Urban Green Transitions: Decoding Opportunities and Challenges’ to bring focus on understanding green initiatives in multiple dimensions of urban spaces. A sub-theme of the event was ‘Housing and Shelter: Question of Affordability and Accessibility’ under which IHF moderated this panel discussion.
