Low Energy Cooling and Ventilation Strategies for Tropical Residences

Online

Net Zero Energy Buildings (NZEB) will be organising a webinar to discuss the innovative design for low energy cooling and ventilation strategies to reduce cooling load for residences located in tropical climate zones.

These strategies have been developed under the research project supported by the Engineering and Physical Research Council – Global Challenges Research Fund (EPSRC-GCRF) and is executed by Loughborough University, England and Centre for Advanced Research in Building Science and Energy (CARBSE) at CEPT University, Ahmedabad.

The webinar will be conducted by Dr. Yashkumar Shukla (Technical Director, CARBSE). The webinar aims to share the technical process of designing suitable ventilation strategies and highlight its expected energy and comfort benefits.

This webinar is a part of the ‘NZEB Knowledge Series’ – an initiative supported by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID’s) Market Integration and Transformation for Energy Efficiency (MAITREE) programme to promote and accentuate the discussion on NZEBs in India.
