The webinar on ‘Global Opportunities in Housing: Laying the Foundation’ will be organised as a part of the 12th Sankalp Global Summit 2020 being held from November 02 - 06, 2020. This webinar is being conducted in association with Habitat for Humanity's Terwilliger Center for Innovation in Shelter (TCIS) on the overarching theme of ‘Global Opportunities in Housing’.
The event will feature the following three sessions:
Towards efficient and inclusive housing market systems': An introduction and overview by Mr. Patrick Kelley (Vice President, TCIS).
Unlocking the market potential in affordable housing investments: A panel discussion that will be moderated by Mr. Jonas Tesfu (Co-Founder and CEO, Pangea Accelerator). The expert panel for the session comprises: Ms. Jyoti Patel (Senior Director, Impact Investments, TCIS); Ms. Aparna Dua (Senior Manager, Asha Impact); Mr. Jason Musyoka (Angel Network Manager, Viktoria Ventures); and Ms. Alexandria Lafci (Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer, New Story).
Innovation platforms and housing market opportunities: This panel discussion will be moderated by Ms. Lizan Kuster (Associate Director, Entrepreneurship and Innovation, TCIS). The expert panel comprises: Mr. John Kuruvilla (Chief Mentor, Brigade REAP); Mr. Ryan Macpherson (Portfolio and Investment Manager, Autodesk Foundation); Mr. Shreeram Ravichandran (CEO, Modulus Housing); and Mr. Linus Wahome (Founder, ManPro Systems).
