Realty+ is organising the 12th Realty+ Conclave and Excellence Awards as a virtual event on the theme of 'Building Resilience'. This event will feature industry leaders who will engage with audiences over four sessions to deliberate on the way forward for the real estate sector, along with a virtual awards event to felicitate noteworthy performers in the industry.
The first session in the series on 'Last Mile Funding and Realty Revival' (2:30 - 3:30 pm) will focus on the potential of last mile funding by government and private realty funds to revive the real estate sector in India. The session will be moderated by Mr. Anuj Puri (Chairman, ANAROCK Property Consultants Pvt. Ltd.).
The expert panel comprises: Mr. Amit Goenka (Managing Director and CEO, Nisus Fincorp Pvt. Ltd.); Mr. Anuranjan Mohnot (Founder, Managing Director and CEO, Lumos Alternate Investment Advisors Pvt. Ltd.); Mr. Dev Santani (Managing Director, Brookfield Special Investments); Mr. Irfan A. Kazi (Chief Investment Officer, SBI Capital Ventures Ltd.); Mr. Kaushik Desai (Executive Director, Walton Street India); Mr. Sharad Mittal (Executive Director and CEO, Motilal Oswal Real Estate [MORE]); and Mr. Sunil Rohokale (Managing Director and CEO, ASK Group).
The session on last mile funding will be followed by the following three sessions:
